Software Engineer (L2)

This position is needed to help Twilio develop and deliver new capabilities in the Twilio Console platform. You will be a member of a SCRUM team which designs, implements, owns and operates the Twilio Console Runtime which powers the Twilio Console Web application. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence roadmap priorities, propose innovative solutions that will enable Twilio to achieve its goal of being the world’s most trusted customer engagement platform. In this role, you’ll design, develop, test and deploy new features using technologies such as GraphQL, NodeJS, React, Typescript, Playwright, ViTest and Buildkite. You'll own your code, respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotation and participate in RCAs for incidents. Refactor and reduce technical debt as well as write automated unit and integration tests in a continuous integration and delivery environment.
