Job Description
This role reports directly to the CEO and leads the marketing function. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product to deliver high-quality lead generation and lifecycle marketing programs, all while ensuring CAC payback ≤ 8 months, focused on SMB/MM companies. The role is fully remote (U.S.) with core collaboration hours from 10am–4pm ET.
Responsibilities include lead generation, channel building, partner-led growth, messaging & content creation, attribution & RevOps, website & conversion optimization and scrappy execution. Must have experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experimentation tools.
