About the Role:
- Support and coordinate incident response engagements across the APAC region, applying expertise to investigate ambiguous and high-impact incidents.
- Determine root cause and operational impact, driving effective containment and recovery actions.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences from plant engineers to executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Support complex, high-impact investigations across OT verticals, ensuring thorough resolution and post-incident analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement of incident response processes and integrate lessons learned into standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with industry experts and stakeholders to enhance incident response frameworks and support customer engagements.
Qualifications:
- Singapore citizenship is required, with 3+ years of experience in incident response and digital forensics.
- Familiarity with ICS/OT environments and proven experience in end-to-end incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to operate effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
