- Serve as a trusted planning expert to independent advisors.
- Prepare advisors for client meetings with clear deliverables.
- Build credibility as the person advisors want to delegate to.
Platform Building & Leadership:
- Help define workflows, templates, and quality standards.
- Evaluate and optimize our financial planning technology stack.
- Contribute to advisor training and onboarding.
