Job Description
The Senior Product Manager will become an authority on their product area, identifying customer needs and business opportunities through user research and competitive analysis. Responsibilities include maintaining product roadmaps, understanding loan operations business flows, and prioritizing user journeys. They will work with stakeholders to establish the business vision, improve key metrics, and ensure stakeholders are informed through effective engagements. This individual will drive execution against the plan, remove impediments, and partner with training teams for successful releases and improvements to the product evolution process.
