Senior Clinical Product Manager, Behavioral Science

As a core member of a product development squad, you will hold accountability for clinical direction and outcomes, collaborating with leaders to establish an aligned, evidence-based Clinical Point-of-View. Advise cross-functional teams on behavioral frameworks and digital intervention models to drive clinically meaningful outcomes. Partner with EPD to embed behavioral science principles into user experiences that improve engagement, adherence, and outcomes. Review and apply behavioral science literature to inform new product development and program optimization. Bring clinical thought leadership and strategic guidance to the squads. Ensure all product work meets Omada’s standards for clinical quality and safety, and reflects current standards of care. Recommend changes to clinical product processes and establish procedures that enable cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes efficiently. Use data and metrics to monitor outcomes, evaluate success, and adjust plans as needed.
