Affiliate Operations - Greater China Asia Marketing

Primarily responsible for answering users' questions and providing timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience. Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies. Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards. Continuously explore new content formats, channels, creative ideas, and other opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and growth. The role may also transition into a Business Development or Operations role.
