This role will help scale the referral engine, joining across product and marketing teams. You will be focused on delivering product features and IRL magic that get our current members bringing more of their friends into our community. This role requires someone with strong technical skills in SQL and experimentation, and is comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making.

Primarily responsible for answering users' questions and providing timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience; Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies; Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards; Continuously explore new content formats, channels, creative ideas, and other opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and growth.

Responsible for taking Virta’s mail channel - our #1 for acquisition - to the next level, owning the analytics, financial management, and experimentation strategy for direct mail. This role includes owning the mail financial, creative, and experimentation strategy to ensure that mail continues to resonate with a wide range of eligible members and converts to drive applications and enrollments.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships and engagements to deliver private advertising solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals, data and delivery specifications, and delivery of services. You will conduct meetings, develop configuration documents, oversee data integration, maintain ongoing communication with clients and collaborate with product management teams.

This role involves leading Neo4j’s PLG Marketing analytics strategy, turning data into insights and frameworks that accelerate user acquisition, activation, and monetization. This is crucial for accelerating their self-serve Go-to-Market (GTM) motion, building analytical models and reporting frameworks that inform PLG marketing decisions, from channel optimization to in-product engagement.

Oversee all aspects of partner level digital media planning and buying, managing a multi-million-dollar annual media investment. Lead partnership with key media partners to test industry leading strategies and deliver against sales KPIs. Execute & optimize media buys and testing through self-service ads manager tools. Responsible for paid digital media analytics and metrics. Lead cross-platform and/or cross-strategy collaboration.

This critical role will help define the insights driven growth strategy for our brands and categories with consumer, customer and product focused insights, leading a team to deliver actionable insights to the business to drive strategy and business growth; the candidate needs to be passionate about the role Insights play in driving our brand, category and customer growth strategies.

As an Analyst in our Rapid Intelligence team, you’ll use our in-house software to monitor a wide range of international sources and identify key developments for our clients. The role involves preparing daily and weekly news reports, writing and editing clear, concise summaries and selecting the most relevant content from global print and online media.
