Systems Integration:

• Participate in the design, configuration, deployment, and testing of logistics solutions.
• Map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Ensure the monitoring, optimization, and evolution of logistics solutions within the COE.

Continuous Improvement:

• Implement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, resilience, and sustainability of the supply chain.
• Produce performance reports and make recommendations to the management Committee
• Contribute to global process standardization and alignment with corporate strategy.

Strategic Vision:

• Understanding of supply chain challenges and alignment of systems with business objectives.
• Ensure the sustainability of systems and the dissemination of best practices.
• Act as an internal reference for future projects and the evolution of logistics solutions.
