Job Description
As the Advanced Manufacturing Curriculum Developer (SME), you will conduct field research at advanced manufacturing plants to analyze training needs, benchmark industry best practices, and analyze job market trends. You'll map detailed technical competencies for skilled trades roles, translate them into learning modules, and develop industry-aligned competency standards. This involves creating course outlines, learning objectives, and specifying training equipment. Criticaly, you will design modular, competency-based curriculum frameworks, develop instructor manuals, multimedia learning aids, and hands-on lab exercises. You will also create assessment strategies, rubrics, and credentialing pathways. You will train-the-trainers and act as a technical liaison while providing guidance for program implementation.
