As the first Technical Curriculum Manager at Thalamus, you will join the Product team and will be focused on building the training materials that enable our customers to seamlessly leverage our products to match physicians to medical residency and fellowship programs. You will own the strategy and execution of external-facing training content, including product documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring our teams are confident, competent, and customer-obsessed.
The Instructional Designer will edit and design digital ELA curriculum products within the Kiddom platform and develop supplemental resources, ensuring teacher- and student-facing content are optimized for the digital platform; teaching experience, instructional design, and project management skills are needed.

This role involves scoring and critiquing model outputs related to tutoring, instructional design, and assessment across K–12, higher ed, and lifelong learning domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annotation standards and quality criteria for educational data.
