Job Description

The Senior Curriculum Manager leads curriculum development projects from conception to implementation, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. They coordinate content updates based on industry changes, student feedback, and regulatory updates. They also manage relationships with subject matter experts and oversee the creation of course materials, assessments, and supplementary resources.

They provide expert-level support to CFP® certification candidates, resolve escalated content-related questions, and develop comprehensive educational resource libraries. The manager also supports faculty development and training initiatives, ensuring consistency in content delivery across program formats.

This role leads AI integration projects, develops best practices for technology-enhanced learning, oversees virtual classroom operations, and conducts regular curriculum audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
