Job Description
Deliver engaging, high-impact professional learning sessions to educators and instructional leaders, both virtually and in person. Tailor professional learning experiences to meet the unique needs of each district, ensuring alignment with their instructional priorities. Maintain ongoing communication with customers before and after sessions to ensure engagement, address questions, and provide follow-up support. Foster strong relationships with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, ensuring alignment on customer needs and goals. Support customer onboarding and implementation, guiding educators through Kiddom’s platform and instructional resources. Gather insights from educators and district leaders to inform ongoing Kiddom support and professional learning strategies. Stay informed on best practices in instructional technology, HQIM implementation, and adult learning principles to continually improve Kiddom’s professional learning experiences.
