As the Director of Performance Marketing and SEO, your role involves strategy and execution to enhance the B2C marketplace acquisition engine and support B2B lead generation through paid media, SEO, and AI engine optimization. Manage a multi-million dollar media budget, utilizing data and analytics to surpass GMV and customer acquisition targets, while adhering to financial guidelines. Lead a team of high-performing marketers, develop paid media and SEO plans for acquiring customers and fostering a data-driven culture. Build a sustainable marketplace acquisition engine to exceed GMV and customer acquisition goals. Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy for B2B lead generation. Partner with teams to improve efficiency, LTV, and conversion rates. Optimize discoverability across search platforms and LLMs.
