Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that accurately reflect program scope, dependencies, and deliverables for complex software programs.
- Translate program requirements and technical scope into executable schedules with clear critical paths and maintain schedule realism across Agile development and multi-vendor integrations.
Government & Delivery Integration:
- Bridge commercial Agile delivery practices with government program expectations, aligning sprint execution with IMS milestones and contractual deliverables.
- Support defense contracts by mapping requirements, deliverables, and reviews into an integrated, traceable schedule to meet compliance and reporting expectations.
Tools & Strategic Influence:
- Own the IMS tooling strategy, establishing scheduling standards and best practices for the organization.
- Educate teams on how large programs use schedules for decision-making and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, engineers, and customers.
