Responsibilities:
- Deliver required input for the Monthly Operations Report presented to the Board of Directors.
- Identify key drivers behind financial results and partner with teams to interpret cost variance drivers.
- Assist in development of annual operating budget and long-range forecasts.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- Strong project management, advanced analytical skills, and experience with sales and expense budgeting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with PowerBI, Power Automate, or SQL a plus.
