Job Description
We are looking for new team members to maintain and operate our SaaS solutions. These services are part of the service portfolio of our HUB. In our projects and in day-to-day business, we use SCRUM to control our development projects and Kanban to organize operational tasks. In compliance with general requirements, you are willing to work independently on different tasks. Problems must be identified, isolated and solved if possible. Ensure security & data privacy concepts to be implemented EU and German regulations Documentation. Ensure that the service is further developed, working and proactively tackle arising problems Standardizing, innovating, automating Setup monitoring or usage evaluation Operational Tasks Guide colleagues through the order/approval process Support internal processes Monitor usage (e.g. costs) or cloud enhancements to proactively propose improvements in the cloud usage. Communication with other teams and with stakeholders.
