Key Responsibilities:

  • Define tagging standards, review implementations, and lead tracking QA processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Design measurement plans, run incrementality tests, and own cross-channel attribution models for clients.

Team & Practice Development:

  • Manage a junior Analytics/Tracking Specialist and set their priorities and growth path.
  • Build the analytics practice playbook, including onboarding templates and experiment design guides.

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing analytics or measurement at a performance agency or growth team.
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM, SQL, and the full ad network measurement stack.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
