You’ll be the connective tissue between our internal teams and our clients - ensuring we’re not only meeting expectations, but identifying new opportunities, surfacing risks early, and creating long-term impact. This role is not channel- or craft-specific, but you will be expected to understand the dynamics of each and bring the pieces together into a single, compelling strategy. This role reports into our CEO, but is expected to grow into a leadership path within our client services org as we scale.
