Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own monthly email and SMS planning with clients, maintaining calendars for product launches, promotions, and lifecycle priorities.
• Write copy, build segments, QA, schedule, and send campaigns, and manage automated flows across welcome, cart, and post-purchase.
• Run a testing roadmap, document results, and build repeatable planning and reporting processes.

About you:

• 4+ years of hands-on email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing with e-commerce brands.
• Strong copywriter comfortable owning both strategy and execution using Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience presenting recommendations directly to clients.
