Senior Engineer - Edge Security

This is a hands on role where technical decisions meet strategic thinking, leading complex initiatives through to completion in a collaborative environment. You will develop software and automation, coach junior team members and maintain documentation. Strong DevOps and Agile practices are expected, along with participation in a 24/7 oncall roster. You will independently take ownership of problems and solve them in a team-oriented environment, delivering high quality products. Work with other Security and Product teams to resolve incidents promptly. The Edge Security team secures Xero’s edge with innovative technologies, defending against threats entering Xero's network infrastructure, automating processes to empower product teams.
