Position Summary:
- Processes invoices through the client’s eProcurement portal.
- Audits client accounts to ensure all appropriate eProcurement invoices have been submitted.
- Trains onsite before becoming fully remote.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares specialized invoice packages for accurate and timely delivery to clients.
- Submits invoices for eProcurement clients through the appropriate portal.
- Maintains spreadsheets for all eProcurement clients to ensure invoices are submitted in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Two years A/R and customer service experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge with A/R knowledge a plus.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Internet
