Position Summary:
- Lead complex operational improvement initiatives across distribution and logistics environments.
- Own end-to-end delivery from problem definition through implementation and sustainment.
- Partner with client stakeholders to define priorities and drive adoption.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives using DMAIC methodologies.
- Develop ROI models, cost-benefit analyses, and financial justifications.
- Synthesize complex data into executive-level presentations and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 5-7 years experience.
- Proven ownership of Lean Six Sigma projects with sustained business impact.
- Advanced proficiency in structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
