Reliable Robotics is seeking to hire a full-time Sr. Technical Recruiter. At Reliable Robotics recruiters are responsible for driving all aspects of the hiring process and you will be instrumental in achieving our mission. Our team is made up of world class experts across a variety of functions. A key aspect of your role will involve building a network of engineers and operations experts from software, hardware, aviation, and aerospace industries. You will spend a significant amount of time developing candidate networks across software engineering, hardware engineering, aerospace, and more. You will help us implement early people programs - Employee Referrals, Interview Training, University Outreach, etc.
