Overview:

  • Provide strategic leadership for cross-functional teams delivering complex facility build-outs, capital projects, and R&D technical engineering efforts.
  • Own full lifecycle accountability, EVMS compliance, and PMO process development.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain integrated project baselines, actively managing the WBS, schedule, cost estimates, scope requirements, and risk register.
  • Lead EVMS performance tracking and reporting with deep variance analysis and corrective actions.
  • Deliver continuous project reporting, schedule forecasting, and decision-support metrics to senior leadership.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's or PMP strongly preferred) with 10+ years leading complex projects in nuclear, defense, or similar industries.
  • Deep EIA-748E EVMS expertise and proficiency with Primavera P6.
  • Experience with nuclear regulatory frameworks (NRC, DOE Orders) and U.S. Citizenship required.
