Job Description
Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans and provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms. Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system. Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations. Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations. Flexible remote work options with full-time and part-time schedules will be provided.
