Hardware Engineering Manager - SuperNatural Vision (SNV)

Leadership & Management:

• Lead the hardware engineering team, establishing best practices and ensuring high-quality execution.
• Mentor and develop high-performing hardware engineering teams while promoting innovation and technical excellence.
• Set the technical direction for the team.

Technical Expertise:

• Define and maintain hardware requirements and interface specifications.
• Guide vendor and technology-partner engagements, including selection of processors and components.
• Drive and support certification activities for hardware systems and safety-critical components.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Coordinate engineering design reviews, hardware bring-up, and cross-functional validation activities.
• Ensure comprehensive system-level requirements are captured.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
