Director

YOUR ROLE:

• As a Director, you own the creative vision for YouTube content made for some of the biggest brands in the world.
• You'll shape what a video is before it's shot, direct it on set, and steer it through the edit.
• You'll work closely with producers, strategists, editors, and channel leads to develop formats and set the creative bar.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own the creative vision end to end for every video assigned.
• Develop formats, mechanisms, and structure alongside the team.
• Build creative outlines, shot lists, and ensure every video aligns with YouTube best practices.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years directing video content with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling craft.
• Proven track record developing formats and creative concepts that perform.
• Strong understanding of YouTube pacing, structure, retention tactics, and platform best practices.
