- Help with content creation from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality output.
- Assist on ad hoc tasks including creating presentations with Miro or Google Slides.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading YouTube creative strategy or managing a high-growth channel.
- Deep understanding of YouTube culture, algorithm, and audience psychology.
- Data-driven and analytical, but also intuitive and trend-aware.
