Role Overview:
- You will own Windsor's YouTube channel and social distribution, creating end-to-end content and driving affiliate and influencer partnerships.
- Collaborate with the CMO on strategy and content direction, building the playbook from scratch.
What You'll Do:
- Develop a weekly content calendar with a focus on stopping the scroll across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Manage relationships with US market influencers, YouTube creators, and newsletter writers to amplify reach.
Who You Are:
- YouTube is your native platform; you have grown a channel and know the mechanics deeply.
- You can repurpose long-form video into a week of content, and you move fast with AI-assisted tools like CapCut, Opus Clip, and Descript.
