Responsibilities:
- Build and own the organic social strategy for Ethos and a new brand launching soon, with distinct approaches for each platform.
- Help create, edit, and publish high-quality content across all channels — short-form video, static, stories, reels, and long-form YouTube.
- Show up as the voice of Ethos across channels, engage with followers, and build community in a way that feels genuine.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in consumer tech, fintech, or DTC.
- Expert-level CapCut and mobile editing skills, strong copywriter with a platform-native voice.
- Deep platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and comfortable on camera when needed.
