Artificial Intelligence, Team Leader

The AI Engineering Leader has a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for guiding the team that develops enterprise-level solutions aimed at scaling and automating value-driven outcomes for our business. The leader will oversee all aspects of AI engineering, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, as you'll be responsible for driving AI projects from conceptualization to implementation. Collaborating closely with both business and engineering teams to identify, define, and prioritize AI and machine learning projects. Leading the quick and effective development of proofs of concept for various AI initiatives. Designing, building, and deploying AI solutions using a stack that features Python, machine learning libraries, AI third-party services, and AWS services. Serving as a mentor and technical leader within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You'll be responsible for communicating and planning between other teams. You'll be responsible for hiring for your team. You'll be expected to drive technical direction in projects and ensure they meet scalability and robustness requirements, involving other stakeholders when needed.
