Writer - MicroDrama

The Writer will develop story ideas and concepts for MicroDrama series across genres (romance, thriller, slice-of-life, youth culture, etc.). Writer will write scripts, dialogues, and shot breakdowns suited for short-form episodic content, collaborate closely with Directors, Creative Producers, and Editors to ensure the narrative vision translates into execution. You will adapt real-life moments, trends, or themes into dramatized, high-stakes micro narratives, experiment with different narrative styles and formats based on audience insights and platform performance. The writer will manage multiple storylines simultaneously while meeting fast-paced deadlines and ensure scripts are crisp, emotionally charged, and optimized for attention retention in the first 3–5 seconds.
