Job Description
As a stormwater engineer, you’ll prepare hydraulic and hydrology studies, drainage reports, develop documents, and design plans for stormwater projects. You'll assist in producing the drainage plans and prepare technical writing documents for infrastructure, roadway surface drainage systems, and municipal storm sewers. You will review project design and reports, perform H&H analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, and prepare construction plans and specifications. Also develop probable construction cost estimates for projects, observe construction, and mentor junior staff and Designers. Coordinate work with other disciplines such as roadway, geotechnical, and structures. Perform stormwater management and drainage studies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
