Category Manager

Drive Blueland’s continued growth across key retail partners as a passionate and data-driven Category Manager. With recent expansion into over 3,500+ new stores, this role is crucial in maintaining the brand's trajectory. As part of the retail sales team, you’ll own retail insights & analytics responsibilities, partnering with sales, product marketing, brand marketing, finance, and operations. You’ll turn data into insights, develop strategies to grow shelf presence and market share, and champion the company mission through data-backed consumer-centric recommendations. The role involves leading the development of category strategies across key accounts to drive velocity, distribution, and incremental merchandising.
