We are seeking a skilled Packaging Engineer to support packaging development and optimization initiatives for Blueland. This role focuses on delivering packaging solutions that are cost-effective, sustainable, manufacturable, and aligned with brand and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging systems and a strong background in working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and co-packers.

The company is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management for the Blueland product portfolio. This role will be responsible for leading the sourcing strategy for all raw material ingredients and packaging spend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CPG industry and experience procuring raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing for household cleaning goods.

The Regulatory & Sustainability Affairs Coordinator will support the development, launch, and certification of our innovative products. In this role, you will help drive forward our regulatory compliance and environmental certifications across global markets. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, science-literate, and passionate about safer, greener products.
