Game Designer

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying areas for improvement in existing game systems and proposing design solutions.
• Writing and maintaining design documentation to support implementation.
• Collaborating with product managers and analysts to translate data and player feedback into gameplay changes.

Requirements include:

• Strong understanding of systems design and live operations.
• Proficiency in writing clear game design documentation.
• Ability to create wireframes and communicate UX intent.

Bonus points for:

• Professional game design experience in live service environments.
• Prior experience shipping features on Roblox or other UGC platforms.
• Experience using Roblox Studio or related creation tools.
