Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt ticket follow up and action for L2 issues.
  • Maintain clear info in all tickets and knowledge base update after ticket closure.
  • Collaborate with L1 support and development teams to address complex technical challenges.

Must-have qualifications & competencies:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in automation and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in programming IT solutions, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA, Java, PowerShell or Python.
  • Good communication skills and social competence for customer relationships.
