RevOps Lead

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds from zero, and leads with vision and discipline. As a RevOps Lead, you will own both strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the success of your vertical. The RevOps Lead will define the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for the vertical. This role requires the ability to optimize systems, processes, and workflows to maximize efficiency and impact. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, product management, or as a founder/early team member.
