Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will lead a high-functioning team of Growth Marketers, define the Growth Marketing roadmap, and dig into the data. You’ll leverage customer and campaign performance data to draw insights, develop hypotheses, and proactively recommend testing opportunities to develop new channels and continuously improve KPIs. This role requires managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Design, Finance, and Product. You will be responsible for millions of dollars in advertising budget, so it’s imperative that you understand our customers inside and out. Additionally, you will communicate findings to other stakeholders by explaining your test proposals, documenting outcomes, reporting progress, and communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders and the leadership team.
