Credit Underwriter - Floorplan Financing

Role Responsibilities:

• Review incoming applications to ensure all required documents and information are complete.
• Analyze bank statements, credit files, and supporting documentation to thoroughly assess credit risk.
• Manage pending applications by following up on missing items to help move deals through the process efficiently.

Team Collaboration:

• Support credit decisions by preparing files, summarizing key details, and applying company guidelines accurately.
• Communicate approvals clearly to outline next steps and any required stipulations for stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams and sales representatives to provide updates and address questions promptly.

Operational Support:

• Maintain organized and accurate deal files throughout the entire underwriting process.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed, including contract preparation and UCC filings.
• Apply technical proficiency in Excel and CRM systems to enhance credit analysis and workflow.
