Embedded HIL (Hardware-In-the-Loop) Test Engineer

Flock Safety is seeking an Embedded HIL (Hardware-In-the-Loop) Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated validation systems for our STM32-based Drone as a First Responder (DFR) products. This role is pivotal in building a robust, scalable test framework that ensures the reliability, safety, and performance of our aviation infrastructure. You will own the full lifecycle of the HIL test environment—defining the hardware setup, building simulation and mock frameworks, integrating with our CI/CD pipeline, and collaborating closely with development, QA, and site reliability teams.
