Title Examiner

Responsibilities:

• Perform title examinations and analyze cooperative properties throughout New York State.
• Search public records using ACRIS and county systems, and review NY-specific documents like deeds and mortgages.
• Prepare clear, concise cooperative lien searches and curative requirements for underwriting and closing teams.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of NY title examination experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ACRIS, NY county recording, and co-op transactions.
• Familiarity with UCC searches and NYC-specific items like ECB violations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competitive pay range of $23.37 - $31.15 per hour based on experience and location.
