Technical Ownership:
- Architect and build agentic AI systems for voice and SMS patient communication in a regulated environment.
- Handle deep EHR integration, including Epic queues, prior authorization, and 340B compliance.
- Design target-state architecture for scaling from a handful to hundreds of health systems.
What We Look For:
- Deep engineering background with recent hands-on building of serious systems at Staff+ level.
- Fluency with applied AI in production, not just theoretical knowledge.
- High agency to find and solve the highest-leverage problems independently.
