- Impact measured in throughput and leverage gained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, harden, and deploy end-to-end agentic solutions.
- Own the AI automation roadmap and prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
- Lead a pod of 2-4 engineers as a player-coach.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong software engineering foundation with production coding experience.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and LLM orchestration.
- Bias for speed and impact, with structured communication skills.
