Salesforce Business Intelligence Analyst

Harness the power of Salesforce as a Salesforce Business Intelligence Analyst, driving smarter decisions across the organization. You’ll be a key player in data-driven decision making processes, reporting to the Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on leveraging Salesforce, CRM Analytics/Tableau, and other tools to create impactful reports, dashboards, and insights that enable teams across the organization to thrive. Your analytical expertise and understanding of business processes will be pivotal in optimizing our data systems and enabling business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging data insights to solve business challenges. Maintain and develop actionable reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses enabling visibility into SaaS KPIs and business performance. Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce BI tools and integrations with third-party systems.
