Accountabilities:
- Lead design direction for assigned product areas, exploring alternatives and aligning customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
- Create polished interfaces, interactive prototypes, and reusable design system components that simplify complex workflows.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product to carry designs from concept through implementation and delivery.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of professional experience designing digital products or software with complex, multi-step user journeys.
- Proficiency with Figma and experience creating or extending design systems.
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship.
Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $120,000–$160,000 based on skills and experience.
