• Process inquiries and complaints from business partners.
• Forward inquiries and complaints as needed.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with partners.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed training in automotive, trade, or similar field; career changers welcome.
• Team-oriented, friendly, and reliable.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain an overview of multiple tasks.
