About the Role:
- The Payer Enrollment Specialist manages health plan enrollment requests on behalf of clients by overseeing vendor performance.
- This role requires managing multiple client accounts and ensuring compliance with SLAs and SLOs.
- The Specialist acts as a subject matter expert in payer enrollment requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end health plan enrollment process from application retrieval to client notification.
- Maintain in-depth understanding of payer-specific enrollment requirements and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve enrollment delays, rejections, or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of direct experience with payer enrollment processes.
- Expertise in using GSuite tools including GSheets, GDocs, and GMail.
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills to work with internal and external contacts.
