The Role:

  • You will lead technical electrical engineering activities for natural gas power plant projects from design through commissioning.
  • You will serve as the Owner’s Engineer, reviewing and validating designs from external EPC firms.
  • You will collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure project integration and compliance with industry standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set the electrical basis of design, develop scope of work, and define system performance criteria.
  • Review single-line diagrams, relay coordination, grounding studies, and other key engineering documents.
  • Support procurement and vendor selection by preparing specifications and evaluating proposals.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a PE license are strongly preferred.
  • Over 8 years of progressive experience in power generation or heavy industrial electrical engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of medium/high-voltage systems, generator interconnection, and protective relaying.
